About VRISP 2025
The 2025 International Conference on Virtual Reality, Image and Signal Processing (VRISP 2025) is scheduled to take place from August 1-3, 2025 in Changsha, China. On behalf of the organizing committee, we extend a cordial invitation for you to join your peers at VRISP 2025.
VRISP 2025 provides an excellent platform for delegates to present their research findings and exchange innovative ideas. The conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and scholars with the aim of fostering research collaborations and business partnerships on a global scale. The focus of VRISP 2025 is on high-quality presentations and papers addressing contemporary issues in fundamental research that lead to new methods or the adaptation of existing methods for new applications related to Virtual Reality, Image and Signal Processing topics. The event will feature Keynote Speeches by renowned scholars as well as Oral/Poster Presentations covering a wide range of popular topics. All paper submissions will undergo peer review by at least 2-3 independent reviewers.

Call For Papers
The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
Publication ＆ Submission
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
Submission Guidelines
1.The paper should be typeset according to the template and should not be less than 4 pages.
2.Papers must be in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
3.Weight check rate is less than 30%. Authors can check your own weight through the CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query system.

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.
Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

* Please consult an advisor before submitting for details of submission discounts. Discounts cannot be used in combination.
* One regular registration can cover a paper within 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
