About ICAISM 2025
You are cordially invited to present at the 2025 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Smart Manufacturing(ICAISM 2025), scheduled to take place from May 9 to 11, 2025, in the enchanting city of Chongqing, China.
As a leader role in the global artificial intelligence innovation, China has been creating a more and more open environment for scientific innovation, increasing the depth and breadth of academic cooperation, and building a community of innovation that benefits all.Such endeavors are making new contributions to research and applications in the fields of artificial intelligence and smart manufacturing.
ICAISM 2025 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of artificial intelligence and smart manufacturing to a common forum. This conference aims to promote research and developmental activities in artificial intelligence and smart manufacturing, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, strengthen academic cooperation between China and the outside world.

Call For Papers
The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
Publication ＆ Submission
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series) and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.
Submission Guidelines
1.The paper should be typeset according to the template and should not be less than 8 pages.
2.Papers must be in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad.
3.Weight check rate is less than 30%. Authors can check your own weight through the CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query system.

Program
* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.
Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
Registration
* Please consult an advisor before submitting for details of submission discounts.
Discounts cannot be used in combination.
* One regular registration can cover a paper within 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
