About The PSESG 2025

The 2025 2^nd International Conference on Power System Engineering and Smart Grid (PSESG 2025) will be held on June 6-8, 2025 in Chengdu, China. The conference aims to provide an opportunity for experts, scholars, engineers, researchers and developers engaged in the fields of “Power System Engineering”, “Smart Grid” and “Energy Storage Technology” to share their research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, learn about academic trends and expand their knowledge. Experts, scholars, engineers, technicians and R&D personnel in the fields of power system engineering, smart grid, energy storage technology and so on provide a platform to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in industrialization of academic achievements. The conference invites experts and scholars from domestic and foreign universities, scientific research institutions, business people and other related personnel to participate in the exchange. Publication

Manuscripts passed the peer-review process by expert reviewers from the conference committees will be accepted and published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. 

Submission Guidelines

1、After typesetting, the paper must not be less than 5 pages and not more than 12 pages, and must be formatted according to the [Template], and then click on [Submission] to complete the full English submission;

2. Instructions for submission are available for download along with the paper template, so please be sure to read the instructions in detail before registering for payment;

3. It is recommended that authors use CrossCheck or [iThenticate], with a check rate of no more than 20% (including full-text reference checking). Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage;

4、According to the relevant regulations of the publisher, the same author may not appear in more than two papers (the same conference);

5、Publication process: submission → review and rework → acceptance → payment → [Registration] → see the publication → paper proceedings → retrieval;

6、The conference only accepts full English submissions, if you need Chinese manuscript translation services, you can consult the conference secretary Mrs Fang +86-19872496992 (WeChat the same number);

7、The papers should be of academic or practical value and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad. The authors of published papers need to submit the full text for peer review, and the authors who only make reports without publishing papers only need to submit the title and abstract.

Participation Method

1. Author participation: one accepted article allows one author to participate in the conference free of charge;

2. Keynote speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation for 15 minutes;

4. Poster Presentation: Apply for a poster presentation, one A1 vertical size JPG format color electronic version of the poster;

5. Audience participation: not to contribute to the meeting only, you can also apply for a speech and display.

* If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.
