Signal processing and communication security are important fields in the application of modern information technology. In recent years, the research in these two fields has promoted each other, resulting in many new methods and applications. Keeping pace with the times, the 2025 4th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication Security aims to establish a broad and effective platform for exchanges and cooperation in the industry, so that we can keep abreast of the development trends of the industry, master the latest technologies, broaden our research horizons, and promote academic progress and efficient application of technological achievements. The 2025 4th International Conference on Signal Processing and Communication Security will be held in Hohhot, China from June 6-8, 2025. 1. Conference Proceedings
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ICSPCS 2025 will be published in the SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

* Early bird prices, regular customers/student discounts need to contact the conference Secretary in advance to show their ID and change the price, the discounts cannot be stacked.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
