- About ISPP 2025 -
At the forefront of the global STI mega-trend, China has been creating an increasingly open STI environment, increasing the depth and breadth of academic collaboration, and building a community of innovation that benefits all. These efforts make a new contribution to globalization and the creation of a common community for the future.
The ISPP conference aims to gather professors, researchers, scholars and industrial pioneers all over the world. ISPP is the premier forum for the presentation and exchange of past experiences and new advances and research results in the field of theoretical and industrial experience. The conference welcomes contributions which promote the exchange of ideas and rational discourse between educators and researchers all over the world. The organizing committee of conference is pleased to invite prospective authors to submit their original manuscripts to ISPP 2026.
Internet of Things Planned highlights of ISPP 2026 include:
● Addresses and presentations by some of the most respected researchers in the Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition
● Panel discussions
● Presentations of accepted academic and practitioner research papers; a poster paper session
Highlights of ISPP 2026 include:
● Speeches and reports by high-level experts in the field of optoelectronics and optics
● Group Discussion
● Paper poster presentations and oral presentations in related fields
● Exchange and study of all kinds of personnel in the same industry
Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ISPP 2026 will be published in the IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Registration
Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
