The 2025 5th International Conference on Algorithms, High Performance Computing, and Artificial Intelligence (AHPCAI 2025) will convene in Chengdu, China from August 15 to 17, 2025.
The conference centers on the forefront research areas of algorithms, high performance computing, and artificial intelligence. Its objective is to establish a forum where experts, scholars, engineers, and technicians specializing in these fields can share their scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies. By doing so, participants can gain insights into the latest academic trends, broaden their research horizons, enhance academic collaborations and discussions, and foster industrial cooperation for the advancement of academic outcomes. Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers after registration and presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus.

The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.
Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

* Early bird prices, regular customers/student discounts need to contact the conference Secretary in advance to show their ID and change the price, the discounts cannot be stacked.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
