ISF 2025
The 2025 Information Science Frontier Forum and the Academic Conference on Information Security and Intelligent Control (ISF 2025) will be held from 25 to 27 April 2025 in Yinchuan, China. The conference is hosted by the North Minzu University (NMU), organised by the School of Mathematics and Information Science of NMU, and co-organised by the School of Mathematical Sciences, Liaocheng University. ISF 2025 aims to bring together experts and scholars in the field of information sciences both at home and abroad, to discuss the latest research results and development trends in information security and intelligent control. The conference will cover a number of cutting-edge fields such as information security, intelligent control, machine learning, IoT security, etc. It will provide a high-level communication and cooperation platform for the participants and promote the development and innovation of information science and intelligent technology. We sincerely invite all colleagues from academia and industry to attend this event and share the latest research progress and practical experience.

1. Conference Proceedings
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-1035-0)and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.
Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

* Early bird prices, regular customers/student discounts need to contact the conference Secretary in advance to show their ID and change the price, the discounts cannot be stacked.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
