【Introduction】
2023 4th International Symposium on Computer Engineering and Intelligent Communications (ISCEIC 2023) will be held on August 18-20, 2023 in Nanjing, China. The aim as well as objective of ISCEIC 2023 is to present the latest research and results of scientists related to Computer Engineering and Intelligent Communications Research topics. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas face-to-face, to establish business or research relations as well as to find global partners for future collaborations. All accepted papers of ISCEIC 2023 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

2. The paper should be original, written in English, and not a pure review article. The full text should be submitted for review.
