- About ISPP 2025 -
The 2025 4th International Conference on Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition（ISPP 2025）will be held from March 28 to March 30 in Nanjing, China. It dedicates to create a platform for academic communications between specialists and scholars in the fields of Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition. The conference will focus on Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition, discuss the key challenges and research directions faced by the development of this field, in order to promote the development and application of theories and technologies in this field in universities and enterprises, and provide innovative scholars who focus on this research field, engineers and industry experts provide a favorable platform for exchanging new ideas and presenting research results.
Internet of Things Planned highlights of ISPP 2025 include:
● Addresses and presentations by some of the most respected researchers in the Image, Signal Processing and Pattern Recognition
● Panel discussions
● Presentations of accepted academic and practitioner research papers; a poster paper session
Highlights of ISPP 2025 include:
● Speeches and reports by high-level experts in the field of optoelectronics and optics
● Group Discussion
● Paper poster presentations and oral presentations in related fields
● Exchange and study of all kinds of personnel in the same industry
Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ISPP 2025 will be published in the SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X), which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Registration
Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
2. The registration fee does not include:
• Accommodation
• Visa application fee
• Transportation fare
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
