About ICCBD 2022
The 2022 2nd International Conference on Cloud Computing, Big Data and Digital Economy(ICCBD 2022) will be held on July 22-24, 2022, which is hosted by Dalian Jiaotong University, Suzhou University.
The conference aims to provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineers and technicians engaged in cloud coputing, big data analysis and digital economy research to share scientifi research achievements and edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote the industrialization and cooperation of academic achievements. Experts from universities, scientific researcher institutions, scholars, business circles and other relevant personnel are warmly welcome to contribute and participate in the conference. Through this conference, the participating scholars can listen to the wonderful reports of famous experts and share the leading research achievements and innovative ideas in the industry.

Prof. Lining Sun , Suzhou University IEEE Member, Distinguished professor，Dean of the School of electrical and mechanical engineering of Suzhou University, China Professor Lining Sun is distinguished professor of Suzhou University, dean of The School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Suzhou University, a robotics expert of the National "Tenth Five-Year plan" 863 Program, the leader of the national "tenth Five-year Plan" 863 Program of major majors, and the national "eleventh Five-year Plan" 863 Program advanced Manufacturing Technology expert group. In 2001, he was awarded the second prize of the Ministry of Aerospace Industry of the People's Republic of China, in 2002, he was awarded the first prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2004, the second prize of the State Science and Technology Award in 2005, the second prize of the Provincial Technological Invention Award and the Chinese Youth Science and Technology Award in 2006. He has presided over many national Natural Science Foundation of China and 863 projects. |

In 2015, he won the "Thousand Level" of Liaoning Province Talent Project. In 2014, he won the third prize of natural Science paper, liaoning Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Award. Outstanding Teacher of Dalian Jiaotong University in 2013. In 2013, he was awarded outstanding postdoctoral Researcher of Henan Province. |

Professor Zhengxiang Pan IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member, Professor, Ph. D. Supervisor of Shandong University of Science and Technology Zhengxiang Pan is a professor at the Shandong University of Science and Technology. He received his bachelor’s degree in electronics from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 1986, his master’s degree in telecommunications from Chiao Tung University in Taiwan in 1988 and his phd in electrical engineering from the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom in 1996. In 2009, he was selected as an IET Fellow of the British Society of Engineering Science and technology. He won the 25th International Invention Development Gold award in Pittsburgh in 2010. He is the guest editor of more than 10 SCI and EI journals such as Soft Computing, Information Sciences, Circuit System and Signal Processing, Journal of Internet Technology, Journal of Networks, etc. . More than 700 papers have been published in related fields, of which 250 have been retrieved by SCI and 700 by EI. At present, the H-INDEX is 44, and the papers have been cited nearly 10,000 times. 35 invention patents, 6 monographs published, and over 70 international conference proceedings edited. |

FrerisIEEE Senior member, Special Professor of University of Science and Technology of China, doctoral supervisorNikolaos Freris, Distinguished Professor, Doctoral supervisor,IEEE Senior Member, University of Science and Technology of China. ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION
1. Timing: a maximum of 15 minutes total, including speaking time and discussion. Please make sure your presentation is well timed. Please keep in mind that the program is full and that the speaker after you would like their allocated time available to them.
2. You can use CD or USB flash drive (memory stick), make sure you scanned viruses in your own computer. Each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file(PPT or PDF) to the computer.
3. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If for some reason the files can’t be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email.
4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation.
5. Movies: If your PowerPoint files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.
POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION
1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high（A1）.
2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart.
3. Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.

Details of the Registration Fees
1.Regular Registration: Submit a full paper to publish and present at the conference.
2.Additional paper: Extra papers submitted by the same first author, excluding the first paper.
3.Extra Page: If the paper exceeds 6 pages, extra pages(begin at page 7) should be paid at 50USD(300RMB)/page.
4.Listeners: Only attend the conference, without publication.
