3. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REFUNDS FOR PARTICIPANT TICKETS: After payment of registration for the conference, the conference materials and other bookings will be made, and if the conference is canceled due to personal reasons of the participant, the following refund policy will apply: 15 days prior to the convening of the conference can be refunded in full, 14 days prior to the convening of the conference to the conference check-in date can be refunded by 30% of the amount, and no refund will be made on the check-in date of the conference and thereafter. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the date and venue of the conference due to force majeure, please contact the secretary of the conference in such cases, and the conference will try its best to guarantee the number of participants.
