Conference Introduction

2023 3rd International Conference on Business Administration and Data Science（BADS 2023）will be held in Xinjiang, China from October 20 to 22, 2023. The purpose of the meeting is to provide opportunities for experts, scholars, engineers and R & D professionals in data, information technology and business administration related fields to share research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote the construction of cooperation platform for the industrialization of academic achievements. Relevant personnel from universities, scientific research institutions, scholars and enterprises are invited to attend the meeting.

Organizers

Kashi University, located in Kashi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is a university in China's Midwest University Basic Capacity Building Project and one of the 100 pilot universities for transformational development in China.

Kashi University was founded in 1962, formerly known as Kashgar Normal College. In April 2015, it was renamed as Kashgar University.

Kashgar University has 2 campuses in Gaotai and Xinquan, covering an area of 1,660,700 square meters; a library collection of 1,315,500 volumes, about 600,000 electronic books, 12 databases of various types of literature; a total value of 146 million yuan of teaching instruments and equipment; 16 teaching units, 55 undergraduate majors (including 4 professional directions); 5 master's degree authorization points of first-level disciplines, 7 professional degree Authorized Points

Undertaking department

College of Economics and Management of Kashi University was established in August 2017, with four undergraduate majors in tourism management, economic statistics, financial management and international economics and trade.

The college insists on cultivating people with morality, educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the country, serving the general goal of social stability and long-term peace in Xinjiang, and effectively grasping the work of education and teaching reform and development. Since last year, three teachers have won the "Excellent Teacher Award for Teaching Quality" and the first and third prizes in the "Classroom Teaching Competition for Young Teachers". The college insists on linking theory with practice, strengthening curriculum reform, improving the quality of education and teaching, strengthening students' learning of basic theories and methods, focusing on students' social practice and innovation and entrepreneurship, and improving students' learning ability, application ability and social adaptability in all aspects. 28 off-campus internship and training bases have been established, and the quality of talent training has been continuously improved.

Guangdong AiScholar Institute of Academic Exchange is an innovative and research-oriented social organization registered with the Guangdong Provincial Civil Affairs Department and supervised by Guangdong Science and Technology Association, which is engaged in non-profit social service activities.

Call for Paper

Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

4. Novel Mechanism for Cloud Password Protection;

*Manuscripts passed the peer-review process by expert reviewers from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, CNKI for abstracting/indexing.

Note: 

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.

2) All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Publication

All papers will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Join as Presenter: If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend BADS 2023 as a Presenter. Join as Listener: BADS 2023 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the filed of latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You need to complete the registration as Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees：

1. Registration fees for BADS 2022 Regular is 490USD / 3400 CNY per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is 50 USD / 300 CNY.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 10 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
