▶About CEI 2024

The 2023 3rd International Conference on Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering and Intelligent Control Technology (CEI 2023) will take place during December 15-17, 2023.

CEI 2023 will bring together top professionals from industry, government, and academia from around the world. CEI 2023 includes invited talks, oral presentations and poster presentations of refereed papers. We invite submissions of papers and abstracts on all topics related to computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering and Intelligent Control Technology.  The conference will provide networking opportunities for participants to share 

ideas, designs, and experiences on the state-of-the-art and future direction of consumer technologies and computer technology. CEI 2023 will feature a high-quality technical & experiential program dealing with a mix of traditional and contemporary hot topics in paper presentations and high-profile keynotes.

▶Submission and Review Process Requirement         

All the submissions must be sent to our submission system before the submission deadline. The submissions must be reviewed by preliminary review and peer-review (double blind). The preliminary review will take 1-3 working days by our Committee Members, if the submission passed the preliminary review, then it will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 Committee Members. And the review results come out within 25-30 days. If the paper needs revising (minor or major revisions), the revised version should be submitted again for peer review by the initial reviewer(s).  If the submission passed the peer-review and accepted by our reviewers, then we will finally accept this paper and let the author revise the paper format based on the Paper Format Template. 

▶ Publication

All papers will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

*A selection of good papers can be recommended to submit to journals for publication.

▶Submission Methods

1.The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

2.Please send the full paper(word+ pdf) to SUBMISSION SYSTEM

3.Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

4.Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

▶ Attend (Note: Meeting has a lead report, oral report and poster display)

1.Receive the author: An admission article allows an author to participate in the free;

2.Speaking guest: Apply for the subject a speech by the organizing committee;

3.Oral speech: Application verbally report, time is 15 minutes;

4.Poster Show: Apply a poster display, A1 size, color printing;

5.Join as Listener: Only to listen to, you can also apply for a speech and show.
