 About ICSE 2025

2025 International Conference on Intelligent Communication, Sensing and Electromagnetics (ICSE 2025) will be held from December 12-14, 2025 in Guangzhou, China. The aim of the ICSE 2025 is to provide a forum for researchers who are interested inIntelligent Communication, Sensing and Electromagnetics. ICSE 2025  brings together scientists and engineers who are active in the area of formal methods and interested in exchanging their experiences and methods. The conference also provides an international platform for sharing experiences, expanding professional networks, face-to-face exchange of new ideas and presenting research results.

Prof. JianweiYou,National-level Young Talent, Southeast University, China Jianwei You, Professor, National High-Level Young Talent, Young Chief Professor at Southeast University, is a member of the Circuits and Systems Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics and the Micro-Nano Special Committee of the Chinese Optical Engineering Society. He has long been engaged in both hardware and software development in the fields of computational electromagnetics and electromagnetic metamaterials. His research achievements include over 100 academic papers and 5 monographs/chapters, with first or corresponding author publications in flagship journals such as Science sub-journals, Nature sub-journals, and IEEE Transactions. The hardware and software platforms with independent intellectual property rights developed by his team have been applied in many key institutions in China. His work has been recognized with honors including the Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances in Chinese Higher Education, the Excellent Young Research Team Award from Central Universities, and the First Prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award.

Assoc. Prof. Xiaohe  Cheng, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China Xiaohe Cheng, Associate Professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, is a master’s and doctoral supervisor. He received his Ph.D. in Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2019. His doctoral dissertation was awarded the “Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.” From October 2017 to October 2018, he conducted research on millimeter-wave antenna arrays at the Ando & Hirokawa Laboratory, Tokyo Institute of Technology. His main research areas include millimeter-wave antennas and antenna arrays, as well as millimeter-wave and terahertz wireless communication systems. He has published over 70 papers indexed by SCI/EI and holds 15 national invention patents applied for or granted. In the past five years, he has led 12 projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, cooperative projects under the National Key R&D Program, Xiaomi’s “Jie Bang Gua Shuai” (breakthrough) project, and commissioned projects from the First, Second, Fourth, and Fifth Academies of the China Aerospace Corporation. He has also participated in 4 major and key national defense projects.

 Publication

Manuscripts passed the peer-review process by expert reviewers from the conference committees will be accepted and published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. 

Paper Submission: 

Submission Notice:

1. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.

2. The author of the published paper must submit the full text, which should not be less than 4 pages.

3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.

4. After the acceptance and payment, the organizing committee will conduct a plagiarism check on the manuscript using the iThenticate system. Authors may also opt to perform the check at their own expense.

 Registration

Student discounts and IEEE member discounts require prior contact with the conference staff to present valid identification and adjust the price. Discounts cannot be combined.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
