About CNIoT 2025
The 5th International Conference on Communication, Networks, and the Internet of Things (CNIoT 2025) will be held from October 31-November 2, 2025 in Sydney, Australia. CNIoT 2025 aims to bring together academics and industry experts in the fields of communication, networking, IoT, and AI applications in a common forum.The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and development activities in relevant areas. Additionally, the conference aims to facilitate the exchange of scientific information among researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners from around the world. The conference will take place annually to provide an ideal platform for participants to share views and experiences in communication, networking, IoT, AI, and related areas.We look forward to your participation.

Publication
Manuscripts passed the peer-review process by expert reviewers from the conference committees will be accepted and published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Notice:
1. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.
2. The author of the published paper must submit the full text, which should not be less than 4 pages.
3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.
4. The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Download the paper template (click to jump): Paper Template.
5. After the acceptance and payment, the organizing committee will conduct a plagiarism check on the manuscript using the iThenticate system. Authors may also opt to perform the check at their own expense.

Student discounts and IEEE member discounts require prior contact with the conference staff to present valid identification and adjust the price. Discounts cannot be combined.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.
Participation
1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.
2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.
4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.
5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
