The 8th International Conference on Computer Information Science and Artificial Intelligence (CISAI 2025) is scheduled to be held in Wuhan, China from September 12-14, 2025. The purpose of this conference is to gather experts, scholars, researchers, and related practitioners from around the world in this field to share research results, explore hot issues, and exchange new experiences and technologies. We warmly welcome experts and scholars in related fields to exchange and share their experiences in computer information science and artificial intelligence with scientists and scholars from around the world at CISAI 2025!

Submission Notice:

1. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.

2. The author of the published paper must submit the full text, which should not be less than 8 pages.

3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.

4. The paper must be formatted according to the conference template. Download the paper template (click to jump): Paper Template.

Participation method:

Speaker: Apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

Oral presentation: Once the paper is accepted, you can register to participate in the conference and give an oral presentation, which lasts for 15 minutes and includes a Q&A session. You can also apply without submitting any papers.

Poster display: Once the paper is accepted, you can register to participate in the conference and publish the poster display. The poster size is A1. You can also apply without submitting any papers.

Audience participation: No submission required, simply register as an audience member to attend

-Refund Notice:

If attendees request to cancel the meeting and receive a refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

*60 days before the meeting. Refund 70% of the payment

*30-60 days before the meeting. 50% refund of payment

*Within 30 days prior to the meeting. Refund 30% of the payment

*After the meeting: No refunds

Cancellation and refund requests must be formally submitted via email.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the date and location of the meeting due to force majeure. We are not responsible for any losses caused by force majeure events, and the refund policy does not apply.

Note: Submission and payment completed 45 days before the meeting can enjoy the early bird price. Regular customers/students can enjoy a discount of 200 yuan, which cannot be stacked
