 About ICACMVE 2024

To promote innovation and development in mechanical engineering and vehicles, and enhance the exchange of research achievements among experts and scholars in related fields both at home and abroad, the 9^th International Academic Conference on Advances in Mechanical and Vehicle Engineering will be grandly held in Qinhuangdao, China, from November 7^th to 10^th, 2024.

The conference is organized by the China Construction Machinery Society and hosted by Yanshan University. This conference will focus on topics such as "Modern Design Methods of Mechanical Engineering and Vehicles, Transmission and Drive Control, Intelligentization, Greenization and Electrification, Cloud Technology," and other hot and cutting-edge research fields. We are looking forward to the extensive exchange and the deeper-level technical cooperation.

The conference will set up 8 keynote speeches, 12 special reports, 48 sub-forum reports, and 8 enterprise-university exchange dialogues. Through the collaborative participation of multiple units from industry, academia, and research, the event not only provides the attending experts with the latest research information and achievements in the field of construction machinery and vehicles, but also offers a platform for further university-enterprise cooperation. The conference cordially invites experts, scholars, and other relevant individuals from domestic and international universities, enterprises, and research institutions to participate in the exchange!

Th 9^th International Conference on Advances in Construction Machinery and Vehicle Engineering (ICACMVE 2024) will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world.

The topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

2-Intelligent and unmanned operations of engineering machinery and vehicles

3-Electrification and green development of engineering machinery and vehicles

4-Fundamental theories and control methods of engineering machinery and vehicles

6-Human-computer interaction and digital twin of engineering machinery and vehicles

9-Study on failure mechanism, life assessment, and reliability of key core components of engineering machinery and vehicles

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to the  Chinese Submission System （国内投稿通道） or Oversea SUBMISSION SYSTEM（海外投稿通道）

3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcome. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.

2) All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Instruction for Oral Presentations

1. Timing: A maximum of 15 minutes in total, including presentation and discussion. Please be considerable once the Program is completed the next speaker should also be allocated with reasonable amount of time.

2. For conference presentation, you can use your own computer or copy your presentation file into the conference computer from CD or USB drive, and make sure you have scanned and cleaned viruses beforehand. Speakers are required to meet her/his session Chair in the corresponding session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to get things ready or copy the slide file (PPT or PDF) into the conference computer.

3. It is also suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal email box as a backup. If for some reason the files cannot be accessed from your flash drive, you can download them to the computer from your email.

4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as the Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please test the connection, and make sure it works well before your presentation.

5. Movies: If your files contain movies, please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.

Instructions for Poster Presentations

1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high (A1).

2. Posters are required to be optimized and attractive. Information should be visible from a proper distance, say, one meter away.

3. Please note that during your poster session, you as the author should stay by your poster and ready to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.
