About GIRST 2023

2022 International Conference on Geographic Information and Remote Sensing Technology (GIRST 2022) had been hosted by Yunnan Normal University and successfully held in Kunming, China during September 16-18, 2022. 

The conference has invited 11 keynote speakers and 8 oral presentations from contributing authors, attracting more than 1,000 scholars, researchers and technicians from universities, research institutes and enterprises. The accepted papers of the conference were published in SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X) in February 2023 (https://www.spiedigitallibrary.org/conference-proceedings-of-SPIE/12552.toc?SSO=1).

2023 2^nd International Conference on Geographic Information and Remote Sensing Technology (GIRST 2023) will be held on July 21-23, 2023 in Qingdao, Shandong, China.

GIRST 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of geographic information and remote sensing technology to a common conference. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. Publication and Submission

Conference Proceedings (Submission Deadline: July 14, 2023)

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus.

Instructions for submission: SCI papers should be submitted in word (.doc) format. There are no strict requirements for layout at the moment, and a paper template will be given after passing the review.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.

Registration Fee

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

2. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.

3. And at least 30% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
