Brief Introduction
In recent decades, the global energy consumption has increased rapidly, so the search for and development of environmentally friendly energy storage devices with excellent performance has become one of the current research hotspots. Following the successful opening of the first NESP in Kunming, the second International Academic Conference on New Energy, Energy Storage and Power Engineering (NESP 2023) will be held again in Kaifeng, China from April 21 to 23,2023. The conference mainly focused on new energy science engineering, energy storage materials and power engineering. Meeting for new energy science and engineering, energy storage engineering and power engineering research experts and scholars, engineering and technical personnel, and technical research and development personnel to provide a Shared scientific research and cutting-edge technology, understand the academic development trend, broaden the research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, promote the industrialization of academic achievements cooperation platform. 1. All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts of the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by JPCS (ISSN: 1742-6596) and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus search.

4. Chinese submission: We will only accept all English manuscripts. If you need translation service, we will choose [paper translation], and we will provide paid translation service (delivery note "NESP2023"). 1. The EI conference papers shall not be less than 4 pages
2. Each accepted paper can enjoy a free participant (oral presentation or poster presentation)
3. Service fee will be charged (30% of the layout fee)
4. The paper should have academic or practical value, and has not been published in domestic and foreign academic journals or conferences. If the author can check it at his own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin or other inquiry system, the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the duplication rate of the article
5. The paper should meet the basic requirements of EI retrieval. In the expression of the paper, it must focus on the model, data, experiment, data analysis, etc. The publishing house has the final decision right to the recruitment of the paper.

2. Keynote speaker: The application keynote speech will be reviewed by the organizing committee;

5. Listeners to attend: do not contribute, only to attend the conference;
