As global urbanization accelerates, climate change, natural disasters and complex security risks pose serious challenges to the sustainable development of cities. Building resilient cities and upgrading safety engineering capabilities have become the focus of common concern of the international community. Against this background, 2025 International Conference on Resilient City and Safety Engineering will be held on June 6-8, 2025 in Nanjing, China. Supported by the School of Civil Engneering, Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, the conference aims to bring together global experts, scholars, engineering practitioners and policy makers to conduct in-depth discussions on topics such as intelligent disaster prevention technologies, resilient city planning, infrastructure safety, risk assessment and management, and to promote cross-disciplinary innovation and practical experience sharing. The conference will provide cutting-edge insights into the scientific challenges and technical bottlenecks in urban resilience construction, and help build a safe and sustainable future urban ecology.

English is the official language of the conference. After 2-3 experts of the organizing committee strictly audited the contribution of the conference, all the final papers will be officially published by AER-Advances in Engineering Research (ISSN: 2352-5401) in the form of conference proceedings. After the publication, the publishing house will submit them to CNKI, Inspec, EI , Scopus, and other databases for retrieval.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REFUNDS FOR PARTICIPANT TICKETS: After payment of registration for the conference, the conference materials and other bookings will be made, and if the conference is canceled due to personal reasons of the participant, the following refund policy will apply: 15 days prior to the convening of the conference can be refunded in full, 14 days prior to the convening of the conference to the conference check-in date can be refunded by 30% of the amount, and no refund will be made on the check-in date of the conference and thereafter. The organizing committee reserves the right to change the date and venue of the conference due to force majeure, please contact the secretary of the conference in such cases, and the conference will try its best to guarantee the number of participants. | |
