- About IoTSC 2025 -

The 2025 5th International Conference on Signal Image Processing and Communication (ICSIPC 2025) will be held on May 16-18, 2025, in Zhengzhou, China.

ICSIPC 2025 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in signal Image Processing and Communication in a common forum.

The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in signal Image Processing and Communication; another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners worldwide. We sincerely invite you to participate in ICSIPC 2025 and look forward to seeing you in Zhengzhou!

Highlights of ICSIPC 2025 include:

● Addresses and presentations by some of the most respected researchers in the Signal Image Processing and Communication

● Panel discussions 

● Presentations of accepted academic and practitioner research papers; a poster paper session

-Publication-

All papers, both invited and contributed to the accepted papers, will be published in the SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X) with meeting scope and quality requirements and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.  All conference proceedings papers can not be less than 4 pages.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

(1) Application of sensor technology in the Internet of Things, Optical fiber communication technology and Internet of Things system, Optical Imaging and Image Processing, Optoelectronic navigation and positioning technology, Photoelectric energy harvesting and power supply technology, Photoelectric sensing data transmission and security technology, Photoelectric sensing and intelligent environmental control, Photoelectric sensing and machine learning, Photoelectric sensing and intelligent transportation system, Optoelectronic computing and edge intelligence, Multispectral sensing technology, lidar technology, optical imaging technology, Computer Vision and Image Processing, Fiber optic communications and infrastructure, IoT data processing and analysis, Photoelectric sensing and intelligent transportation system, Application of artificial intelligence in smart cities…

-Registration-

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs, and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

-Refunds Policy-

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* 30 days before the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserve the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable, and the refund policy shall not apply as well.
