 About NESEE 2025

2025 7th International Conference on New Energy System and Electrical Engineering (NESEE 2025) will be held on December 5-7, 2025 in Guangzhou, China. The idea of the conference is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry.

 Publication

 Papers must be original and unpublished, and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere concurrently. Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers after registration and presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for indexing by EI Compendex, Scopus.

 Registration

√ Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
