To adapt to this changing world and China’s fast development in this new area, 2023 3rd International Conference on High Performance Computing and Communication Engineering (HPCCE 2023) is to be held on December 22-24, 2023 in Changsha, China. HPCCE 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of High Performance Computing and Communication Engineering to a common forum.  The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in High Performance Computing and Communication Engineering. And another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in High Performance Computing and Communication Engineering and related areas.

HPCCE 2021：Papers of HPCCE are indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Join as Presenter
 If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend HPCCE 2023 as a Presenter. Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees for HPCCE 2023 Regular is 500 USD / 3400 CNY per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 7 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 50 USD / 300 CNY.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:  
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fare
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 
8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
