About to CVAA 2023---

The 3rd International Conference on Computer Vision, Application and Algorithm (CVAA 2023) will be held on October 20th-22th, 2023. The goal of CVAA 2023 is to promote the research and developmental activities in Computer Vision, Application and Algorithm and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Computer Vision, Application and Algorithm and related areas.
This conference focuses on artificial intelligence, big data and medical and big health AI science, aiming to provide a platform for experts and scholars, engineers and researchers to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements. If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
