About EEICAI 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Electrical Engineering, Intelligent Control, and Artificial Intelligence (EEICAI 2026) will be held on January 9-11, 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will bepublished in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE（ISBN:979-8-3315-7849-7）, and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

1. The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.
2. The author of the published paper must submit the full text, which should not be less than 4 pages.
3. The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences.
4. After the acceptance and payment, the organizing committee will conduct a plagiarism check on the manuscript using the iThenticate system. Authors may also opt to perform the check at their own expense.

| Refunds Policy If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies. * 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund * 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund * Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund * After conference: no refund Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email. The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well. | |
