2025 International Conference on Energy Power and Electrical Technology (CEPET 2025) will be held from November 21 to 23, 2025, in Wenzhou, China, sponsored by Wenzhou University of Technology. The conference aims to provide a platform for global scholars and professionals to exchange the latest research findings and technological advancements. As the world undergoes an energy transition and renewable energy rapidly develops, the field of energy and electrical technology faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The conference will focus on important themes such as energy efficiency, smart grids, renewable energy technologies, power system automation, and innovations in electrical equipment. Participants will have the opportunity to hear talks from leading experts in the industry and engage in academic exchanges. Additionally, the conference will provide a platform for young scholars and graduate students to showcase their research results, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and networking. We sincerely invite professionals from various fields to actively participate in advancing cutting-edge research and applications in energy, power, and electrical technology.

Conference Proceedings

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Details of the attending registration

Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend CEPET 2025 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. 

Join as a Listener: CEPET 2025 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees for CEPET 2025 Regular is 570 USD / 3800 CNY per paper.

*Early Bird Discount: 510 USD/ paper (4 pages)  (Before September 30)

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 60 USD / 400 CNY.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 

8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.

Instruction for Oral Presentations

1. Timing: A maximum of 15 minutes in total, including presentation and discussion. Please be considerable once the Program is completed the next speaker should also be allocated with reasonable amount of time.

2. For conference presentation, you can use your own computer or copy your presentation file into the conference computer from CD or USB drive, and make sure you have scanned and cleaned viruses beforehand. Speakers are required to meet her/his session Chair in the corresponding session room at least 10 minutes before the session starts to get things ready or copy the slide file (PPT or PDF) into the conference computer. 

3. It is also suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal email box as a backup. If for some reason the files cannot be accessed from your flash drive, you can download them to the computer from your email. 

4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, laser pointer, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as the Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please test the connection and make sure it works well before your presentation. 

5. Movies: If your files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.

Instructions for Poster Presentations

1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high (A1). 

2. Posters are required to be optimized and attractive. Information should be visible from a proper distance, say, one meter away.

3. Please note that during your poster session, you as the author should stay by your poster and ready to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.

Conference Secretary

The Secretary office of CEPET 2025 will collect contributions and finish daily organizing work. All paper review process will be completed by Program Committee Member and invited experts.
