It aims at a key theme on Robotics, Intelligent Control, and Artificial Intelligence. It is a great opportunity to get together and share ideas and knowledge among the Industry experts, researchers and academics. We invite you to submit your latest research results for presentation. Publlication

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE(ISBN: 979-8-3315-6934-1) , and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Call For Papers

Submission

1. The manuscript should be written in English must not be less than 4 pages in length.

2. Please send the full paper(word+pdf) to Submission System: https://paper-sub.com/paper/EMYMRU

3. Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

4. Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

5. The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

6. The full-text repetition rate should not exceed 30%.

About attending

Join as Presenter: If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend RICAI 2025 as a Presenter. As presenter, you need to submit the abstract and title of your presentation before register. Accepted and registered abstracts will be included in the program book, won't be published into the conference proceedings, authors will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation at site.

Join as Listener: RICAI 2025 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective plateform to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the filed of latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You need to complete the registration as Listener before the registration deadline.

Join as Poster Presentation: If you are interested in giving a poster presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you cansubmit your paper poster after register.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
