Conference Introduction

The 5th International Conference on Computer Science and Blockchain (CCSB 2025) will be held in Shenzhen, China from August 1-3, 2025.

CCSB 2025 will invite renowned experts from home and abroad to give special presentations on the dissemination of technological progress, research results, and applications in computer science, blockchain, and other related fields, while also conducting academic exchanges and Q&A. We cordially invite researchers from relevant universities and research institutes at home and abroad, as well as engineering and technical personnel from enterprises, to attend the conference. We look forward to meeting you offline in Shenzhen, and welcome experts and authors to attend and provide feedback!

Publication Information

All submissions to the CCSB 2025 conference must undergo three rounds of expert review and be submitted to the organizing committee for review. After rigorous review, the final accepted paper will be published and submitted by the journal to EI Compendix and Scopus for retrieval.

Call For Paper

Instructions for Authors

The paper shall not be less than 4 pages. Download conference paper template → Go to the "Data Download" section to download;

The conference only accepts manuscripts in English. If you need translation services, please contact the conference supervisor;

Papers that have been accepted and registered need to participate in conferences and provide participation materials before they can be published. If there are special circumstances, please contact the corresponding teacher;

The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or international academic journals or conferences. The author can use CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other query systems shall conduct plagiarism checks at their own expense. Otherwise, the author shall bear the responsibility for rejection caused by the similarity rate of the article. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage.

Registration Fee

Note: Submission and payment completed 45 days before the meeting can enjoy the early bird price. Regular customers/students can enjoy a discount of 200 yuan, which cannot be stacked

Cost Description:

1. The conference manuscript fee includes publication, one hard copy collection of papers, and the opportunity for one author to attend the conference; Excluding transportation and accommodation expenses during the conference period;

2. If a paper that has been accepted and registered needs to be withdrawn, a 30% handling fee will be deducted;

3. All charges will be issued with domestic formal machine printed invoices, which can be charged as "conference registration fee" or "layout fee";

4. Students must send appropriate documents (such as student ID cards) to the conference secretariat to prove their identity.

Participation method

1. Author participation: One accepted article allows one author to attend for free;

2. Speaker: Apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;

3. Oral presentation: Apply for an oral report, with a duration of 15 minutes;

4. Poster display: Apply for poster display, A1 size, color printing;

5. Audience participation: Participants can participate without submitting articles, or apply for speeches and presentations.
