 About ISCTT

The previous conferences of ISCTT took place in Kunming (2016), Haikou (2017), Xi'an (2018), Harbin (2019), Shenyang (2020）, Guangzhou（2021, online), Qingdao(2022, online)  , Xiamen(2023) and Mianyang(2024) successfully. As anannual conference, it will be held in China every year, where more than 500 attendees from 10 countries all around the world have taken part. ISCTT 2025 will be held in 2025 and it will provide a valuable opportunity for researchers, scholars and some scientists to exchange their ideas face to face together. ISCTT 2025 is very special for its strong organization team, dependable reputation, and wide sponsors all around the world, which is the leading annual conference of informatics engineering & information science for all researchersat home and abroad.

 Publication

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN:979-8-3315-0199-0) and will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

**You can through the CrossCheck, Turnitin or other query system (rechecking rate less than 30%), rechecking recommended rechecking system is https://ais.cn/u/Uram2u .

 Registration

** If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

 Program

* The above program is a brief outline. A more detailed programme will be emailed to you after the registration deadline. The actual conference schedule may be a little different according to the number of participants.

Participation

1. Author Participation: one accepted article can have one author attend the conference for free, other authors can register separately.

2. Keynote Speaker: apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.

3. Oral Presentation: apply for an oral presentation, 15 minutes in duration.

4. Poster Display: apply for poster display, A1 size.

5. Audience participation: no submission only participation, can also apply for speech and poster display.
