About IWECAI 2023
The 2023 4th International Conference on Electronic communication and Artificial Intelligence (ICECAI 2023) will be held on May 12-14, 2023 in Guangzhou, China. ICECAI is the premier forum that brings both industry and academia for the dissemination of technological advances, research results and applications in the fields of Artificial Intelligence Methods and Technologies. The conference will provide a valuable opportunity for researchers and industry experts to exchange their ideas face to face. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Electronic communication and Artificial Intelligence and related areas. Manuscripts passed the peer-review process by expert reviewers from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus.
Submission Guidelines
1.The submitted papers must not be previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
2.Please send the full paper(Word+pdf) to the conference SUBMISSION SYSTEM
3.Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.
4.Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

Details of the Registration Fees
1.Regular Registration: Submit a full paper to publish and present at the conference.
2.Additional paper: Extra papers submitted by the same first author, excluding the first paper.
3.Extra Page: If the paper exceeds 4 pages, extra pages(begin at page 5) should be paid at 60USD(400RMB)/page.
4.Listeners: Only attend the conference, without publication.
