About CIPR 2024
2024 International Conference on Computational Intelligence and Pattern Recognition 2024 (CIPR 2024) will be held on April 26-28, 2024 in Kunming, Yunnan, China. Artificial Intelligence and Pattern Recognition (AI & PR) is acomprehensive cross-disciplinary field developed through the interpenetration of a variety of sciences such as computer science, cybernetics, neurophysiology, psychology, and so on, and it involves a variety of fields such as natural language understanding, machine theorem proving, automatic Programming, Game and Decision Making, Artificial Neural Networks and other fields. This conference aims to gather experts and scholars in this field to discuss the current development, key issues, and future trends of computational intelligence and pattern recognition. Biopraphy:Xinsong Yang (1968-), professor, master and doctoral director of the College of Electronics & Information Engineering, Sichuan University, head of Laboratory of "Swarm Intelligence and Control", project-review expert of Chengdu Science and Technology Association, innovation leader of "Tianfu Emei Plan", From 2019 to 2022, he was selected as a Global Highly Cited Scholar and Elsevier China Highly Cited Scholar for four consecutive years, and in 2019 and 2022, a distinguished reviewer awarded by SCI journals《J. Franklin Instit.》 and《IEEE Trans. Network Sci. Engineering》, respectively. He was a Visiting scholar of Southeast University, City University of Hong Kong, University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is an Associate Editor of the journals《Engineering Science and Technology》,《Frontiers in Applied Mathematics and Statistics》,《Mathematical Modelling and Control》,《Neurocomputing》,《Neural Processing Letters》,《Mathematics》. He is a member of the Professional Committee of the National Complex Network Conference, member of the Academic Committee of TCCT Random System Control Group, member of the special Committee of the Intelligent Things Association, senior member of the Chinese Society of Automation, commentator of the American "Mathematical Review", won the second prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Award in 2016 (ranking third), and won the Chongqing Excellent Academic Paper for three consecutive years from 2017 to 2019. Publication
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Notes on Submission of Papers and Participation in the Conference

2. To register for an oral presentation, please register through the conference registration system and submit the paper title and abstract for review; abstracts submitted for oral presentations will not be submitted for publication.
3. For poster presentations, please follow the template to create a poster, and then register through the conference registration system, and submit the poster when registering.
4. If you do not submit the materials for oral presentation and poster presentation, please contact the conference teacher after you are ready
5. Notes for full paper submission:
(1) This conference does not accept review papers, which must be in English and have not been published in academic journals and conferences at home and abroad.
(2) Papers must be laid out according to the template and must not be less than 4 pages.
(3) The repetition rate of the whole paper should not be more than 30% (including author information and references), and authors can check the repetition rate by Turnitin or other query systems at their own expense, or the authors will be responsible for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the paper.
(4) The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus after publication.
(5) If you want to attend the conference after your paper has been accepted, please be sure to submit an online registration for the conference, and each paper will have one free place in the conference (audience, poster presentations and oral presentations).
