The "7-20" rainstorm in Zhengzhou, China caused more than 14 million people to be affected, with more than 300 people killed, more than 50 missing and direct economic losses of more than 110 billion yuan. It had a major impact on the safety of people's lives, economic and social development and national security. It is significant to discuss the goal of intelligent governance for urban and rural disaster prevention and mitigation, to study the theoretical methods and technical measures for intelligent disaster prevention and mitigation in water conservancy and civil engineering, and to improve the emergency management capacity of sudden and superb natural disasters. 

   2022 3^rd International Conference on Measurement Technology, Disaster Prevention and Mitigation will be held during May 27-29, 2022 on Zhengzhou, China. This conference is mainly for experts, scholars and engineers from universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions at home and abroad, providing an academic platform to share scientific research results, explore cutting-edge engineering issues, discuss opportunities and challenges, promote cooperation and exchange, and promote the industrialisation of scientific research results.

①Submit to Conference Proceedings (EI)

Submission deadline (EI)：24 April, 2022 

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of MTDPM 2021 will be published on conference proceedings, and it will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

Conference Proceedings (EI) Submission Methods

1.The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

2.Please send the full paper(word+pdf) to SUBMISSION SYSTEM

3.Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

4.Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

Join as Presenter: If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend MTDPM 2022 as a Presenter.  Details of the registration fee 

1. Registration fees for MTDPM 2022 Regular is 500 USD/ 3200 RMB per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is 50 USD/ 300RMB.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you. 

8. At least 30% of registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
