Conference Introduction

The 5th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Communication (ICAIRC 2025) will be held in Xiamen, China from November 7-9, 2025.

The purpose of this conference is to provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineering technicians, and technical researchers engaged in fields related to artificial intelligence, robotics, and communication to share scientific research achievements and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and exploration, and promote industrial cooperation of academic achievements. The conference cordially invites experts, scholars, business professionals, and other relevant personnel from domestic and foreign universities and research institutions to attend and exchange ideas.

Publication Information

All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be submitted by the publishing house to EI and SCOPUS for retrieval. Currently, the conference search is stable.

The conference only accepts manuscripts in English. If you need Chinese English translation or language polishing services, you can contact the conference secretary.

After the acceptance payment, the organizing committee will conduct a plagiarism check on the manuscript using the CrossCheck system, iThenticate, The author can also conduct plagiarism checks at their own expense. The rejection caused by the repetition rate of the article will be the responsibility of the author, and papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published.

Refund Notice

If attendees request to cancel the meeting and receive a refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

*60 days before the meeting - refund 70% of the payment

*30-60 days before the meeting -50% refund of funds

*30% refund within 30 days prior to the meeting

*After the meeting: No refunds

Cancellation and refund requests must be formally submitted via email.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the date and location of the meeting due to force majeure. We are not responsible for any losses caused by force majeure events, and the refund policy does not apply.

Participation method

1. Author participation: One accepted article allows one author to attend for free;

2. Speaker: Apply for a keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee;

3. Oral presentation: Apply for an oral report, with a duration of 15 minutes;

4. Poster display: Apply for poster display, A1 size, color printing;

5. Audience participation: Participants can participate without submitting articles, or apply for speeches and presentations.
