| About ICSCIS 2026 |
With the development of internet technology and the deepening of urbanization, the research and development of smart cities are becoming increasingly common. The use of advanced information technology such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and big data for urban construction and planning can undoubtedly better improve the level of social development and enhance the sense of happiness in life. Academic issues surrounding smart cities and the technologies and systems behind them have also emerged.
In order to provide a platform for experts and scholars in this field to exchange and learn, 2026 3rd International Conference on Smart City and Information System (ICSCIS 2026) will be held in Guangzhou from January 30 to February 1, 2026. The conference mainly focuses on the information system technology of smart cities and their design. The conference cordially invites experts from domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, scholars, business professionals, and other relevant personnel to participate in the exchange. Welcome scholars from home and abroad to submit and participate in the conference.

1.Conference Proceedings
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.
◆Paper should not less than 4 pages.
◆Paper submitted to the conference should be in English. You can contact us if you need translation services.

Join as Presenter: If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend ICSCIS 2026 as a Presenter. As presenter, you need to submit the abstract and title of your presentation before register.
