- About ECITech 2025 -

The 4th International Conference on Electrical, Control and Information Technology (ECITech 2025) will be held on April 18-20, 2025, in Shenyang, China. ECITech 2025 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in Electrical, Control, and Information Technology to a common forum.

The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Electrical, Control, and Information Technology; another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners worldwide. We sincerely invite you to participate in ECITech 2025 and look forward to seeing you in Shenyang!

Highlights of ECITech 2025 include:

● Speeches and reports by high-level experts in the field of Electrical, Control and Information Technology

● Group Discussion

● Paper poster presentations and oral presentations in related fields

● Exchange and study of all kinds of personnel in the same industry

-Publication-

All papers, both invited and contributed to the accepted papers, will be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (ISSN: 1742-6588) with meeting scope and quality requirements and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.  All conference proceedings papers can not be less than 4 pages.

Note: All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

-Registration-

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. The Organizing Committee will acknowledge completed registrations within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

-Refunds Policy-

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* 30 days before the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserve the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liable, and the refund policy shall not apply as well.
