[About ICHCE 2022 & DSIDU 2022]

The 8^th International Conference on Hydraulic and Civil Engineering & Deep Space Intelligent Development and Utilization Forum (ICHCE 2022 & DSIDU 2022) will be held from November 25-27, 2022 at Xi'an, China. It mainly focuses on the  research fields of water conservancy and civil engineering, and is dedicated to  provide the experts, scholars, engineers, etc. from different colleges and  universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions from home and  abroad, with an academic platform for sharing of academic research findings,  exploration of the cutting-edge engineering issues and discussion on the  current opportunities and challenges, in a concerted effort to promote  international cooperation and communication and the industrialization of  scientific research results. Scholars from home and abroad are warmly welcomed  to contribute and participate in the conference.

[Submission & Publication]

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings by IEEE, which will be submitted for Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Submission Guidelines

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.

2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to  SUBMISSION SYSTEM. 

3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

[Registration]

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees for ICHCE 2022 & DSIDU 2022 Regular is 550 USD / 3600 CNY per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 4 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 5) is 60 USD / 400 CNY.

3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  ①Accommodation  ②Visa application fee  ③Transportation fare

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 

8. And at least 20% of the registration fee will be charged as the service fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
