2024 4th International Conference on Digital Signal and Computer Communications will be held in Guangzhou on April 12-14, 2024. DSCC 2024 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results in the field of Digital Signal Processing. With the theme "Digital Signal Processing" and "Computer Communications", DSCC 2024 aspires to keep up with advances and changes to a consistently morphing field. The 2024 4th International Conference on Digital Signal and Computer Communications is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Signal Processing for Communications and Communication Technologies to a common forum. 1.The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

Note
1)Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is finished.
2)All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

Submission and Review Process Requirement
All the submissions must be sent to our submission system before the submission deadline. The submissions must be reviewed by preliminary review and peer-review (double blind). The preliminary review will take 1-3 working days by our Committee Members, if the submission passed the preliminary review, then it will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 Committee Members. And the review results come out within 25-30 days. If the paper needs revising (minor or major revisions), the revised version should be submitted again for peer review by the initial reviewer(s).  If the submission passed the peer-review and accepted by our reviewers, then we will finally accept this paper and let the author revise the paper format based on the Paper Format Template. 

All accepted full papers will be published and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec for indexing.

Details of the attending registration
Join as Presenter: If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend EIECT 2023 as a Presenter. As presenter, you need to submit the abstract and title of your presentation before register. For further information, please contact us at:  icdscc@163.com.
Join as Listener: DSCC 2024 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the filed of latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You need to complete the registration as Listener before the registration deadline.


Details of the registration fees
1. Registration fees for DSCC 2024 Regular is $490 per paper.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is $40.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:  
   • Accommodation
   • Visa application fee
   • Transportation fee
5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.
7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
