● Full paper submission

1) The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.

2)Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed. 

3) Once your paper gets accepted, at least one author need to register in registration system for attending the conference.

5) Please send the full paper(word+pdf) to Submission System( English System).

● Presenter or listener registration

1) Please submit the abstract only if you just want to make presentations.

2) As audience, you just need to submit basic information in Registration System( English System).

Publication

All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of LOPET 2025 will be submitted to SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X) for publication consideration. Please note that the final approval of all manuscripts will be decided by the editorial board of the publisher, and the publisher reserves its right not to accept the papers at its discretion.

Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essentialvirtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Registration

Details of The Registration Fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include: 

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.

4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

5. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao.
