Publication and Submission

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in IEEE, which will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, Engineering Village databases (EI Compendex) and Scopus.

Note: 

◆ the early bird discount price is limited to the register and payment before May 31, 2024. Because it takes time to review and revise the manuscript, it is recommended to submit it in early May.

◆ the accepted papers shall be registered on time, and the overdue registration will not be published.

◆ the paper shall be typeset according to the paper template, which shall not be less than 4 pages.

◆ the employed and registered papers can be published only after they are read out at the meeting site; Papers registered but not attended the meeting and read out will not be published and the registration fee will not be returned.

◆ the paper should have academic or practical value and has not been published in academic journals or conferences at home and abroad. The author can check the duplicate at his own expense through crosscheck, Turnitin or other query systems, otherwise the author will bear the responsibility for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the article. The papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be published on the conference home page.

*This conference has set a fixed exchange rate of 100 CNY to 15 USD，Please select the payment method and currency that best suits your actual situation.

*For team submissions, please contact the conference secretary for the discounts. If your paper is accepted by committee and you registered for the conference, a 30% processing fee will be deducted if a retraction is requested.

*Join as Presenter: If you are interested in giving presentation on conference, without publishing your paper in the proceeding, you can choose to attend ICID 2024 as a Presenter. As presenter, you need to submit the abstract and title of your presentation before register.
