2025年软件工程与计算机应用国际学术会议(SECA 2025)将于2025年6月13日至15日在云南昆明市隆重召开。本次会议旨在汇聚全球相关领域的专家学者，共同探讨软件工程与计算机应用领域的前沿研究成果与创新实践。会议将设有丰富多彩的学术报告、口头汇报和海报展示，涵盖人工智能、5G/6G通信技术、计算网络安全等多个热点话题。与会者将有机会深入交流，分享最新的研究成果和技术突破，探索跨学科合作的新机遇。

Publication Information

All submissions to SECA 2025 must undergo three rounds of expert review and be submitted to the organizing committee for review. During several rounds of review, the review results and revised comments will be notified through the iTools system. Authors are advised to pay attention to the system information. After rigorous review, the final accepted paper will be submitted by the journal to EI Compendix and Scopus databases for retrieval.

The layout of the EI conference manuscript shall not be less than 4 pages.

The conference only accepts manuscripts in English. If you need translation services, please contact the conference teacher.

Authors who publish papers are required to submit the full text for peer review, and only report without publishing the paper. They only need to submit an abstract.

The paper should have academic or practical value and have not been published in domestic or international academic journals or conferences. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published.

The author may conduct plagiarism checks at their own expense through iThenticate or other plagiarism checking systems. Any rejection caused by article similarity will be the responsibility of the author.

After payment for manuscript acceptance, if the manuscript needs to be withdrawn due to personal reasons, a 30% registration fee will be deducted.

Refund Notice

If attendees request to cancel the meeting and receive a refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

*60 days before the meeting - refund 70% of the payment

*30-60 days before the meeting -50% refund of funds

*30% refund within 30 days prior to the meeting

*After the meeting: No refunds

Cancellation and refund requests must be formally submitted via email.

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the date and location of the meeting due to force majeure. We are not responsible for any losses caused by force majeure events, and the refund policy does not apply.

Meeting Notice

SECA 2025 offers three forms of participation: oral speeches, poster displays, and audience presentations. Participants can click on the link below for specific instructions

1. Oral presentation: Apply for an oral report, which will take approximately 10-15 minutes

2. Poster display: Create A1 size color posters for online/offline display

3. Audience participation: Only participate without submitting, can communicate and interact with on-site guests/scholars

4. Please submit the PPT and poster to the conference email one week before the meeting

5. After the paper is accepted, one author can enjoy a free participation quota
