About IFGG 2023

2023 5^th International Forum on Geoscience and Geodesy (IFGG 2023) will be held on January 6-8, 2023 in Changsha, China. IFGG 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of geoscience and geodesy to a common forum. The primary goal of the symposium is to promote research and developmental activities in geoscience and geodesy, and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. An ideal platform for seeking global partners had been established. We sincerely invited you to attend the symposium to share views and experiences in geoscience, geodesy and related areas.

Contribute to Conference Proceedings

Papers submitted to IFGG 2023 will be reviewed by technical committees of the conference. All accepted full papers will be published on SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering (ISSN: 0277-786X）and submitted to  EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.  

Contribute Excellent Papers to SCI Journal！（Submission with notes of "L162" will enjoy priority in review and acceptance.）

Excellent papers will be recommended directly to the following or other suitable SCI journals :

• Journal 1：Frontiers in Earth Science (ISSN: 2296-6463，IF=3.498)

• Journal 2：Journal of Marine Science and Engineering（ISSN：2077-1312，IF=2.458）

• Journal 3：Geo-spatial Information Science（ISSN：1009-5020，IF=4.288） 

• Journal 4：Journal of Nanoelectronics and Optoelectronics（ISSN：1555-130X，IF=0.961） 

1)All submissions of SCI papers must be in WORD (.doc) format and there are no specific typesetting requirements. After review, a template will be given for typesetting.

2)All submissions should be no less than 10 pages, and please leave a comment noting “L162” when submitting your paper for SCI journals.

Registration fee

For the publication on conference proceedings:

*We will send you Acceptance Notification and Registration Instruction as soon as your paper was accepted by EI journal. And then you could register according to the Registration Instruction.

Datails of the registration fees

1. Registration fees for IFGG 2023 Regular is 490 USD / 3400 RMB per paper.

2. If the length of the paper exceeds 6 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 7) is 45 USD / 300RMB.

3.  Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts and attending all technical sessions.

4. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fee

5. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

7. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will mail the proceedings and invoice to you.
