This conference takes "bringing together global wisdom in scientific innovation to promote high-quality development" as the theme and focuses on electronic information engineering and computer science. This conference aims to boost development of the Computer Science Field, expand channels of international academic exchange in science and technology, build a sharing platform of academic resources, promote scientific innovation on the global scale, improve academic cooperation between China and the outside world. It also aims to encourage exchange of information on research frontiers in different fields, connect the most advanced academic resources in China and abroad, turn research results into industrial solutions, bring together talents, technologies and capital to boost development. We really want to do everything we can to advance computer science and technology. Experts and scholars from all walks of life are welcome to participate and contribute actively. | |

Other related topics Click here for more information. | All papers, both invited and contributed, the accepted papers, will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3503-2644-4) and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, and also submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing. All conference proceedings paper can not be less than 4 pages. Outstanding articles will likely be recommended to SCI journals. | |

Prof. De-Shuang Huang IEEE Fellow, IAPR Fellow, AAIA Fellow Tongji University, China | De-Shuang Huang is a Professor in Department of Computer Science and Director of Institute of Machine Learning and Systems Biology at EIT Institute for Advanced Study, Zhejiang, China, and Tongji University, China. He is currently the Fellow of the IEEE (IEEE Fellow), the Fellow of the International Association of Pattern Recognition (IAPR Fellow), the Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA), and Senior Member of the INNS, Bioinformatics and Bioengineering Technical Committee Member of IEEE CIS, Neural Networks Technical Committee Member of IEEE CIS, the member of the INNS, Co-Chair of the Big Data Analytics section within INNS, and associated editors of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology & Bioinformatics and IEEE Transactions on Cognitive and Developm ental Systems, etc. He founded the International Conference on Intelligent Computing (ICIC) in 2005. ICIC has since been successfully held annually with him serving as General or Steering Committee Chair. He also served as the 2015 International Joint Conference on Neural Networks (IJCNN2015) General Chair, July12-17, 2015, Killarney, Ireland, the 2014 11th IEEE Computational Intelligence in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Conference (IEEE-CIBCBC) Program Committee Chair, May 21-24, 2014, Honolulu, USA. He has published over 470 papers in international journals, international conferences proceedings, and book chapters. Particularly, he has published over 230 SCI indexed papers. Prof. Pingyi Fan Tsinghua University | Dr. Pingyi Fan is a professor of the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University. He received Ph.D. degree at the Department of Electronic Engineering of Tsinghua University in 1994. From 1997 to 1999, he visited the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the University of Delaware in the United States. He also visited many universities and research institutes in the United States, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore. He has obtained many research grants, including national 973 Project, 863 Project, mobile special project and the key R&D program, national natural funds and international cooperation projects. He has published more than 190 SCI papers (more than 130 IEEE journals), and 4 academic books. He also applied for more than 30 national invention patents, 5 international patents and. He won seven best paper awards of international conferences, including IEEE ICC2020 and Globecom 2014, and received the best paper award of IEEE TAOS Technical Committee in 2020, the excellent editor award of IEEE TWC (2009), etc. He has served as the editorial board member of several Journals, including IEEE and MDPI. He is currently the editorial board member of Open Journal of Mathematical Sciences, the deputy director of China Information Theory society, the co-chair of China's 6G-ANA TG4, and the chairman of Network and Communication Technology Committee of IEEE ChinaSIP. His current research interests are in 6G wireless communication network and machine learning, semantic information theory and generalized information theory, big data processing theory, intelligent network and system detection, etc. | |
Prof. Carlo Vittorio Cannistraci Tsinghua University | Dr. Cannistraci is a theoretical engineer and computational innovator. He is a Professor in the Tsinghua Laboratory of Brain and Intelligence (THBI) and an adjunct professor in the Department of Computer Science and in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Tsinghua University. He directs the Center for Complex Network Intelligence (CCNI) in THBI, which seeks to create pioneering algorithms at the interface between information science, physics of complex systems, complex networks and machine intelligence, with a particular focus in brain/life-inspired computing for big data analysis. These computational methods are often applied to precision biomedicine, neuroscience, social and economic science. | |
Prof. Qinmin Yang Zhejiang University | Qinmin Yang received the Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Civil Aviation University of China, Tianjin, China in 2001, the Master of Science Degree in Control Science and Engineering from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, MO USA, in 2007. From 2007 to 2008, he was a Post-doctoral Research Associate at University of Missouri-Rolla. From 2008 to 2009, he was a system engineer with Caterpillar Inc. From 2009 to 2010, he was a Post-doctoral Research Associate at University of Connecticut. Since 2010, he has been with the State Key Laboratory of Industrial Control Technology, the College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, China, where he is currently a professor. He has also held visiting positions in University of Toronto and Lehigh University. | |
Prof. Jumin Zhao Taiyuan University of Technology, China | Prof. Zhao Jumin, Professor of Taiyuan University of Technology, presided over and participated in a number of provincial and ministerial level science and technology projects as well as youth fund projects of Taiyuan University of Technology, co-edited and published 8 textbooks, including 2 national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" textbooks. She has applied for 96 invention patents, including 39 granted invention patents, 38 public invention patents, 2 software copyrights and 1 local standard in Shanxi Province. She has led her team to establish the Shanxi Intelligent Perception Engineering Research Center, Shanxi Spatial Information Network Engineering Technology Research Center and Shanxi Spatial Information Network Graduate Education Innovation Center. | |
Prof. Yiyuan Xie Southwest University, China | Prof. Xie Yiyuan is a reviewer of papers in mainstream domestic and international journals in his field, including IEEE Journal of Lightwave Technolog. He is a member of the program committee of the 2014 International Workshop on Embedded Multi-core Systems and Applications (IWMSA), 2014 International Conference on smart Computing and other international conferences. He is also a member of the committee of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has recently published a number of scientific papers in the IEEE Journal of Lightwave Technolog, IEEE Photonics Technology Letters, IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems, He has published nearly 40 academic papers in international journals including IEEE Journal of Lightwave Technolog, IEEE Photonics Technology Letters, IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems, IEEE Photonic Journal and other international conferences such as DAC, of which more than 20 are first-author papers.
