Keynote speakers in ICMLCA 2022
Prof. Chun-Yi Su Concordia University /Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science Dr. Chun-Yi Su received his Ph.D. degrees in control engineering from South China University of Technology in 1990. After a seven-year stint at the University of Victoria, he joined the Concordia University in 1998, where he is currently a Professor of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and Honorary Concordia University Research Chair. His research covers control theory and its applications to various mechanical systems, with a focus on control of systems involving hysteresis nonlinearities. He is the author or co-author of over 500 publications, which have appeared in journals, as book chapters and in conference proceedings. He has been identified as Highly Cited Researchers from Clarivate since 2019. Dr. Su has served as Associate Editor for several journals, including IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Control Systems Technology, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, and several other journals. He is a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE RA Society. He served for many conferences as an Organizing Committee Member, including the General Chairs and Program Chairs. | |
Prof. Kannimuthu Subramaniyam Computer Science and Engineering, Karpagam College of Engineering (Autonomous), Coimbatore, Anna University-Chennai Kannimuthu Subramanian is currently working as Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He is also an In-Charge for the Center of Excellence in Algorithms. He is an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He did PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai. He did his M.E (CSE) and B.Tech (IT) at Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 15 years of teaching and industrial experience. He is the recognized supervisor of Anna University, Chennai. Two PhD candidate is completed their research under his guidance. He is now guiding 7 PhD Research Scholars. He has published 50 research articles in various International Journals. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, Virtual Reality & Blockchain. He Conferred Second Best Team in NLP Challenge as part of FIRE 2019 conference. He secured first Position in NLP Challenge as part of FIRE 2018 Conference. |
Prof. Asadullah Shah Department of Information Systems,International Islamic University Malaysia Prof. Asadullah Shah secured his UG degree in electronic and Masters degree in computer technology in 1984-85, respectively. PhD in multimedia from surrey University, UK in 1998. He has been in the field of teaching since 1986 to date. He has published 300 plus articles in various impact factors journals and indexed conferences. He has been supervising PG students in the field of computing and IT and so 46 PhD candidates under my supervision. Similarly, 100 plus MS degree holders have already qualified under his supervisor. Currently there are more than 20 more students in progress. He has written 14 books on IT, CS and IS fields. Research methodologies for IT fields with Islamic perspective is the most significant work of his books that I have published. He is working on great research projects financially supported by the IIUM and the Malaysian grants. | |
Prof. Mikhail Noskov National Research Nuclear University MEPhI Russian science doctor, whose research interests are: mathematical modeling, nonlinear physics, physical electricity, electric spark, physical chemical hydrodynamics, uranium mining, radioactive waste management, nuclear non-proliferation, nuclear safety. Publications: About 400 articles. 28.03.2005 Obtained the honorary certificate of contribution to the development of higher vocational education. On September 23, 2006, September 12, 2008 and May 29, 2009, the IAEA of the Russian Federation respectively И.В.Курчатов Academician Medal, won Tomsk Science and Technology Education Award in 2010. Prof. Qingsheng Zeng Nanjing University of Aeronautics and AstronauticsQingsheng Zeng received his Ph.D. from University of Ottawa, Canada, and is currently a distinguished professor and PhD advisor of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), an adjunct professor and PhD advisor of University of Ottawa, Carleton University, Université du Québec an Outaouais (UQO), and Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique -- Centre Energie, Matériaux et Télécommunications (INRS-EMT), a guest professor of Harbin Engineering University (HEU), Northwestern Polytechnic University (NWPU), Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications (BUPT) and Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU). He has been a research engineer and a senior research engineer at Communications Research Centre Canada (CRC), Government of Canada. Dr. Zeng has undertaken research and teaching in several fields, including antenna analysis and design, electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI), ultra wideband technology, radio wave propagation, computational electromagnetics. He is the Chair of AP (Antennas and Propagation) / MTT (Microwave Theory and Techniques) Joint Chapter and Secretary of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Chapter of IEEE Ottawa, a Member of IEEE Canada Industry Relations Committee, and a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Zeng has been a member of the Strategic Projects Grant (SPG) Selection Panel (Information and Communications Technologies B) for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), a member of Site Visit Committee of NSERC Industrial Research Chair (IRC), and a reviewer of NSERC Industrial R&D Fellowships. | |
Prof. Bo Ai IEEE Fellow,Beijing Jiaotong University Professor Ai is a national Outstanding Youth, Excellent Youth, Newton Senior Scholar Fund, "National Science and Technology Talents Program", "Qiushi Outstanding Youth Award" of China Association for Science and Technology; "Outstanding Young Scholar of China Engineering Frontier", Chinese Academy of Engineering. Currently, he is Chairman of IEEE BTS Xi 'an Branch, Vice Chairman of IEEE VTS Beijing Branch, distinguished lecturer of IEEE VTS, member of Chinese Electronics Society, member of Chinese Communication Society, supervisor of Chinese Communication Society Supervisory Board, and expert of National 6G General Group. He has published more than 150 papers in IEEE journals, more than 11,000 academic citations in Google, and 13 paper awards from IEEE Globecom and other international conferences. It has obtained 32 authorized invention patents; It has won 9 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. The research results have been included in five national industry standards, and the results have been applied to Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railways and the construction of over 100 railway lines covering more than 30,000 kilometers. |
Prof. Daxin Tian Cheung Kong Young Scholar,Beihang University National Natural Science Foundation of China Outstanding Young Scholar, Newton Senior Scholar Foundation, IEEE Senior Member, IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society Member, IEEE Vehicular Technology Society Member, Senior member of China Computer Society, He has published 164 academic papers, of which 51 were retrieved by SCI and 69 were retrieved by EI. He has won EDGE2020 Best Paper Award, ISDA2006 Best Paper Award, ICCTP2011 Excellent Paper Award, IOV2016 Best Paper Award, and CICTP2017 Best Paper Award. 13 standards were formulated; He has published 4 Chinese monographs, 1 English monographs and 2 translated books. Prof. Xuebin Ren Xi‘an Jiaotong University Dr. Ren received his bachelor's and doctor's degrees in Computer Science and Technology from Xi 'an Jiaotong University in 2011 and 2017, respectively.
