About ICOIP 2023
The practicality of optical devices and the optimization of image processing are deeply concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad. In order to promote the development of Optics and Image Processing and promote academic exchanges in this field, the third International Conference on Optics and Image Processing (ICOIP 2023) will be held in Hangzhou, China, from April 14 to 16, 2023. ICOIP 2023 is committed to providing a platform for scholars, engineers and other practitioners in optical devices, laser technology, image processing and other related fields to share the latest research results. ICOIP 2023 welcomes all high-quality research papers and lectures!

Publication
All full paper submissions to the ICOIP 2023 should be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, relevance to conference and readability and so on. All accepted papers of ICOIP 2023 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, and Scopus for indexing.
Submission
(1) The paper should be original, written in English, not pure review articles, and the full text should be submitted for review.
(2) Authors can check the duplicates at their own expense through the two duplicate checking websites, CrossCheck or Turnitin, and the duplication rate shall not be higher than 30%.
(3) The thesis should be formatted according to the template, with no less than 4 pages.
(4) Contributing authors can attend the conference for free. Please go to the registration system to register for the conference after registration.
