Conference Introduction

2023 3rd International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2023) will be held on August 18-20, 2023 in Changsha, China. 

At present, the global economic situation is complex, the recovery prospects are not clear, and the economic growth rate is slowing down, which is at the key stage of transforming the economic development mode and industrial transformation and upgrading. With the transformation of the mode of economic development, various problems and contradictions coexist, and the problems of imbalance, uncoordinated and unsustainable development are prominent; The contradiction between the downward pressure on economic growth and the relative overcapacity has intensified; The problems of rising production and operation costs and insufficient innovation capacity coexist; The contradiction between the slow growth of fiscal revenue and the increase of government rigid expenditure is prominent; The irrational industrial structure, the weak agricultural foundation, the increasingly acute contradiction between economic development and resources and environment, the large gap between urban and rural areas, regional development and income distribution of residents, and the obvious increase of social contradictions, which are related to the vital interests of the public; The economy and society are facing a series of opportunities and challenges. Therefore, it is expected to clarify the obstacles and obstacles to sustainable development and launch measures to deepen reform.

Macroeconomic growth and its development are highly correlated with the development of enterprises at the microeconomic level. Since the outbreak of the international financial crisis, the economy, especially the real economy, has faced the current situation of declining growth rate, weak demand, rising costs and shrinking profits. The essence behind this phenomenon is the difficult problem of structural adjustment and transformation of development mode. Now, we need to transform to the path of refined and scientific management, and achieve higher labor efficiency output with less resource input and lower capital consumption, Through numerous micro-economies, we have achieved a wide-ranging transformation of growth, thus promoting the transformation of the national economy. Among them, financial management is of great significance.

Call for Paper

2023 3rd International Conference on Financial Management and Economic Transition (FMET 2023) will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world.

Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

*Manuscripts passed the peer-review process by expert reviewers from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to CPCI, CNKI for indexing. 

Submission Guidelines

1.The submitted papers must not be previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

2.Please send the full paper(Word+pdf) to the conference English Submission system. 

3.Please submit the full paper, if presentation and publication are both needed.

4.Please submit the abstract only, if you just want to make presentations.

Note: 

1) Both Abstracts and Full Papers are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.

2) All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. All articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Publication

All Manuscripts of FMET 2023 reviewed by experts from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published on conference proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted for CPCI-SSH and CNKI abstracting / indexing.

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION

1. Timing: a maximum of 15 minutes total, including speaking time and discussion. Please make sure your presentation is well timed. Please keep in mind that the program is full and that the speaker after you would like their allocated time available to them.

2. You can use CD or USB flash drive (memory stick), make sure you scanned viruses in your own computer. Each speaker is required to meet her/his session chair in the corresponding session rooms 10 minutes before the session starts and copy the slide file(PPT or PDF) to the computer. 

3. It is suggested that you email a copy of your presentation to your personal inbox as a backup. If for some reason the files can’t be accessed from your flash drive, you will be able to download them to the computer from your email. 

4. Please note that each session room will be equipped with a LCD projector, screen, point device, microphone, and a laptop with general presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Reader. Please make sure that your files are compatible and readable with our operation system by using commonly used fronts and symbols. If you plan to use your own computer, please try the connection and make sure it works before your presentation. 

5. Movies: If your PowerPoint files contain movies please make sure that they are well formatted and connected to the main files.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTION

1. Maximum poster size is 59.4 CM wide by 84.1 CM high（A1）. 

2. Posters are required to be condensed and attractive. The characters should be large enough so that they are visible from 1 meter apart. 

3. Please note that during your poster session, the author should stay by your poster paper to explain and discuss your paper with visiting delegates.

Details of the attending registration

Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend FMET 2023 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us at: fmetcom@163.com.

Join as a Listener: FMET 2023 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

5. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
