ABOUT CONFERENCE
2025 4th International Symposium on Aerospace Engineering and Systems
The 2025 4th International Symposium on Aerospace Engineering and Systems (ISAES 2025) is scheduled to take place from July 25-27, 2025, in Nanjing, China. This highly anticipated event brings together experts, scholars, engineers, and industry leaders from around the globe in the field of aerospace, offering them a platform to exchange innovative ideas and share the latest research findings.
The symposium will cover a wide range of topics, including but not limited to aircraft design, spacecraft systems, aerospace propulsion, and flight control technology. In addition to keynote speeches and paper presentations, the event will feature numerous specialized workshops and technical exchange activities, providing attendees with opportunities for in-depth discussions and collaboration. PUBLICATION
All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

* Submission Instructions
(1) Papers must be written in English and have not been published in academic journals or conferences at home or abroad.
(2) Authors of published papers are required to submit the full text for peer review.
(3) Authors are required to check the duplicate by themselves through the inquiry system. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage.
(4) The paper shall be typeset according to the template, no less than 4 pages, no more than 12 pages.

(1) Authors can submit their papers online after they are accepted.
(2) Reporter (no submission): attend the conference and give oral report or poster presentation. Please submit the title and abstract of the report for review. (Note: Abstracts of oral presentations are not submitted for publication)
(3) Audience participation: Attend and participate in the conference, and can audit all the presentation reports of the conference.

**One accepted paper will receive a free copy of the conference proceedings after publication, and there is a service to purchase additional proceedings for a fee.
**If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund
* After conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
