Conference Introduction
The 2025 5th International Conference on Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering and Intelligent Control Technology (CEI 2025) will take place during November 21-23, 2025 in Nanning, China.
CEI 2025 will bring together top professionals from industry, government, and academia from around the world. CEI 2025 includes invited talks, oral presentations and poster presentations of refereed papers. We invite submissions of papers and abstracts on all topics related to Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering and Intelligent Control Technology. The conference will provide networking opportunities for participants to share ideas, designs, and experiences on the state-of-the-art and future direction of consumer technologies and computer technology. CEI 2025 will feature a high-quality technical & experiential program dealing with a mix of traditional and contemporary hot topics in paper presentations and high-profile keynotes.

Publishing Information
All submissions of CEI 2025 must be reviewed by 2-3 experts of the organizing committee. After strict review, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE ( ISBN : 979-8-3503-5743-1 ), and submitted to IEEE Xplore, EI, Scopus for retrieval.

Instructions for Author
The official language of the conference is English, and the paper must be an English manuscript.
The author who publishes the paper needs to submit the full text, and the paper should not be less than 4 pages.
Authors can check duplicates at their own expense through CrossCheck, Turnitin, iThenticate or other duplicate checking systems, otherwise the author will be responsible for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the article. Papers suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be posted on the conference homepage
4.Papers must be typed according to the conference template.
Mode of Participation
Speaker : Apply for the keynote speech, which will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
Oral report : Once the paper is hired, it can register to participate in the conference and publish an oral report for 15 minutes, including a question and answer session. No submission can also apply.
Poster display : Once the paper is hired, it can be registered for poster display. The poster size is A1. No submission can also apply.
Audience participation : no need to submit manuscripts, direct registration of audience participation can be

Refund Notes
If participants request to cancel the meeting and refund for personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
. * 60 days prior to the meeting.
Refund 70 % of the money. .
* 30-60 days before the meeting. 50 % refund of money
* Within 30 days before the meeting.
. * After the meeting : no refund.
