About PAHHD 2024
The 4th International Conference on Public Administration, Health and Humanity Development (PAHHD 2024), a branch of ISEMSS 2024, will be held on July 19-21 2024 in Harbin, China.
The basic function of public management is to provide public services for the public by creating a good social environment and order. Public administration must implement the principle of putting people first. The fundamental purpose of public management is to meet the public needs of the society. In the process of public administration, the rule of law and custom should be emphasized, and the humanistic spirit should be advocated. This conference brings together innovators and industry experts in the fields of public administration, health and human development in a common forum.
The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Public Administration, Health and Humanity Development and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Public Administration, Health and Humanity Development and related areas.

Call For Papers
The 4th International Conference on Public Administration, Health and Humanity Development (PAHHD 2024) will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world.
Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:
Publication
After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and will submitted for indexing by CPCI and CNKI.
Note: All submitted articles should report original results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or being under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
Submission
1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.
2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to English SUBMISSION SYSTEM.
3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.
4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.
