About ISCER 2024
The 2024 3rd International Symposium on Control Engineering and Robotics(ISCER 2024)will be held from May 24 to 26, 2024 in Changsha, China.The progress of control engineering plays an irreplaceable role in the development of modern industry. It can not only effectively control the cost, but also enhance the safety of the project and the accuracy of detection. Robots have a wide range of applications in practically every industry imaginable. Undoubtedly, there are strong relations between Control Engineering and Robotics. Therefore the ISCER 2024 conference mainly focused on control engineering, robotics, AI and related fields. The purpose of the conference is to provide a platform for experts, scholars, engineering technicians, and technical R&D personnel engaged in the research of control engineering, robotics, AI to share scientific research results and cutting-edge technologies, understand academic development trends, broaden research ideas, strengthen academic research and discussion, and promote cooperation in the industrialization of academic achievements. We sincerely invite experts and scholars from domestic and foreign universities and research institutions, businesses, and other related personnel to attend the conference!

Keynote Speaker
Prof. Kun Li, Chongqing University Research interests: mainly engaged in additive manufacturing, intelligent 3D net forming, high-performance materials and phase transition, materials computational science and other research. Biography: Distinguished Professor of "Hongshen Young Scholars", Ph.D. supervisor, overseas talents. Obtained Bachelor's degree from Jilin University, obtained a Philosophy degree from Tsinghua University. In February 2017, he went to the University of Texas at El Paso for postdoctoral research and served as Prof. Lawrence E. Murr (The pioneer in additive manufacturing in the US) and R.D.K. Misra's Ph.D. student co-supervisor. The scientific research achievements won the University of Texas Researcher Award 2018. In April 2019, he served as a senior researcher in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science, University of Pittsburgh. In August 2020, he was hired as a "Hongshen Young Scholar" Distinguished professor and doctoral supervisor of Chongqing University, engaged in teaching and research work. Mainly engaged on additive manufacturing, intelligent 3D net forming, high-performance materials and phase change, and material computing. He has published more than 40 papers in famous journals and conferences such as "Additive Manufacturing", "Journal of Materials Science and Technology", "Materials Science and Engineering: A", and "Journal of Nuclear Materials". Served as the reviewer of famous journals in the fields of "Acta Materialia", "Materials Research Letters", "International Journal of Plasticity" and other fields. | |
Prof. Teng Li, Shandong University Research interests: Long-term research work in the direction of robotics and intelligent unmanned systems, focusing on the use of deep learning methods and artificial intelligence techniques to solve the problem of time series prediction and numerical analysis of spatial fields, and the theoretical research is widely applied to the field of intelligent unmanned monitoring of structures and environments. Biography: Teng Li, Professor of School of Control Science and Engineering at Shandong University, graduated from the University of British Columbia. He dedicates his research on robotics and intelligent unmanned systems, focusing on the theories of time series forecasting and spatial field analysis using deep learning and artificial intelligence, and further implementing on the applications of structural and environmental monitoring. He has published over 30 papers including IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: System and other leading journals and conferences. He is the executive director of the SDU-Fengshuo Intelligent Technology Center, the Program Co-Chair of ISBIR 2022, the Publication Chair of IEEE ICCSE 2021, the Session Co-Chair of IEEE/RSJ IROS 2017, the Technical Program Committee member of HP3C 2023 and CSCWD 2022, the Local Arrangement Committee member of IEEE CASE 2019. He is also the Reviewer Committee member of Electronics and Mechatronic Systems and Control. He serves as the Committee member of the National Contest of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (Shandong Province). He has participated in many international and national academic conferences and has been invited to give presentations at the University of Toronto, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and other research institutes. |
Publication
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of ISCER 2024 will be published by Conference Proceedings , and then will be submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus for indexing.

1.Types of Conference Participation

2. To register for an oral presentation, please register through the conference registration system and submit the paper title and abstract for review; abstracts submitted for oral presentations will not be submitted for publication.
3. For poster presentations, please follow the template to create a poster, and then register through the conference registration system, and submit the poster when registering.
4. Notes for full paper submission:
(1) This conference does not accept review papers, which must be in English and have not been published in academic journals and conferences at home and abroad.
(2) Papers must be laid out according to the template and must not be less than 4 pages.
(3) The repetition rate of the whole paper should not be more than 30% (including author information and references), and authors can check the repetition rate by Turnitin or other query systems at their own expense, or the authors will be responsible for the rejection caused by the repetition rate of the paper.
(4) The accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex and Scopus search after publication, EI stable search, and the previous sessions have been published and searched.
(5) If you want to attend the conference after your paper has been accepted, please be sure to submit an online registration for the conference, and each paper will have one free place to attend the conference (audience, poster presentations and oral presentations).
