In order to serve the development of regional industries, meet the needs of the industry, cultivate application-oriented talents with special needs in the industry, plan and promote scientific and technological innovation with a global perspective, bring together the latest cutting-edge scientific research results of global experts and scholars, create a strong academic exchange atmosphere, and promote the sharing and promotion of logistics and supply chain technology and scientific and technological innovation achievements, Guangzhou Business School plans to hold the "9th International Academic Conference on Engineering Management and the 2nd Forum on Modern Logistics and Supply Chain Management (ICEM-MLSCM2024) " in Foshan on June 28-30, 2024.

Call for papers

The 9th International Conference on Engineering Management and the 2nd Forum on Modern Logistics and Supply Chain Management (ICEM-MLSCM2024)  is calling for papers. The deadline for submissions is June 8, 2024.

Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

Manuscripts passed the peer-review process by expert reviewers from the conference organizing committee will be accepted and published in the Conference Proceedings. The published papers will then be submitted to EI, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, Google Scholar, CNKI for abstracting/indexing.

All submissions must be reviewed by 2-3 experts from the organizing committee. After rigorous review, the accepted papers will be published to AHE-Atlantis Highlights in Engineering (ISSN: 2589-4943) under Atlantis Press, and will be submitted to EI, SCOPUS for search.
After the submitted articles are reviewed, they will be recommended to the conference proceedings IEEE-Conference Publishing Services (CPS), and will be submitted to EI, Scopus, and IEEE Xplore databases for retrieval.
After the submitted articles are reviewed, the best recommended articles will be published in Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing under Springer, a world-renowned technology publishing house, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing after publication.

1. The submitted papers must not be previously published or under consideration of publication elsewhere.

2. Please submit your full paper (Word+pdf) to  English SUBMISSION SYSTEM（海外投稿通道） or Chinese SUBMISSION SYSTEM （国内投稿通道）

3. And please submit the full paper if both the presentation and publication are needed.

4. Please submit the Abstract only if you just want to make a presentation.

Note: 

1) Both Abstract and Full Paper are welcomed. The author can make an oral presentation after the Abstract is accepted and the payment is made.

2) All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

3)After the article is accepted and paid by the conference, a 30% service fee will be charged if you apply for a retraction and refund due to personal reasons.

4)Each author receives a free book of essays.An additional book of essays is RMB 500.

Details of the attending registration

Join as a Presenter: If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend ICEM-MLSCM 2024 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us at: iconfem@163.com

Join as a Listener: ICEM-MLSCM 2024 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees

1. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs and attending all technical sessions.

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register. 

4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 workdays after receiving your payment.

5. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons, we will post the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt/Fapiao. 

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
